​My approach is relational, depth-oriented, and humanistic (holding space for you as a whole individual with an innate potential for growth and self-actualization). This way of working is informed by my studies as well as my own personal experiences in depth psychotherapy and cross-cultural metaphysical spiritual traditions including astrology, tarot, nature based magic, mysticism, alchemy, and shamanism.

In my astrological framework, I draw from a blend of contemporary and ancient astrology traditions (Hellenistic, Traditional, Psychological, Archetypal Astrology, and Jyotish). I typically work with the tropical zodiac and the Whole Sign House system; and I'm happy to work within the house system (Placidus, Koch, Regio, Campanus, etc) and astrological framework (Jyotish/Vedic, Uranian, etc) that resonates with you.

Since 2014 I have worked with individuals seeking more connection, healing, and fulfillment in this life. Clients have described my work as empathetic, intuitive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. I am constantly in awe of how depth psychotherapy, astrology, tarot, and a metaphysical understanding can help us make sense of life's challenges and empower a reconnection with Self. I find this work to be deeply meaningful.

I received my master's degree in Counseling Psychology & Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. I have studied astrology with Jessica DiRuzza (Archetypal & Psychological Astrology), Demetra George (Traditional, Hellenistic, & Psychological Astrology) and Ronnie Gale Dreyer (Jyotish / Vedic Astrology). I studied the intuitive arts with Kari Samuels. I completed my undergraduate degree at Arizona State University where I studied psychology and cultural anthropology.​
